My January Scrap page

Yes, I actually remembered to take a photo if it, lol... I know I should be showing you my February page, but that's not finished yet, but is under way, just been busy with celebrations and builders round my daughters house..

With this page it started off with just the photos on the pretty blue patterned backing paper, but then thought I must go outside my safety box. So added some extra bits, like the half circle on the left, stickles on the diamonds on the backing paper, icicles on the photos and extra stars spread around.

The January was done using a Decorative strip Calender die in white, then stuck onto a matching blue card and cut round by hand.



I used a Martha Stewart snow flake punch for round the edge of the white card and in this photo can see the icicle stickles on the backing paper.



Also used a Marianne icicle die to go on the top of the photos as again was trying to be more adventurous, lol...



Anyway, my first scrap page for goodness knows how many months, if not years, hehehe...
