Got a surprise when I picked Steven up from Beechside, as when I checked his school bag, it seems he had won 1st Prize for his Jack Sparrow costume, he has a certificate to prove it, lol...

...as they didn't spell his name right, (spelt it with a 'ph' instead of a'v'). Good job I know they have no other Stevens at the school, lol
Oh well, they've only know him 13 years, so I suppose it's early days.....

I must admit I always struggle to remember which Steven/ Stephen is spelt which way, I am sure I usually get it wrong. No one ever spells my mum's name correctly (Phyllis) she gets Phyliss, Phillis, Filis, Fillis, all sorts of combinations LOL.

Thanks Susan, the reason we spell it with a 'V' is when he was born we asked Sam how she would spell Steven and she spelt it with a 'V' so that was settled (and we're common, lol)...
